Atlas Cedarwood Essential Oil Uses
Cedarwood oil is known to be an effective treatment for a wide variety of conditions, including acne, anxiety, arthritis, dandruff, and eczema. Cedarwood oil is also effective in treating respiratory conditions such as bronchitis and congestion. It is rich in antioxidants and has anti-inflammatory properties and is known to boost the immune system and provides relief from cold and flu symptoms.

Clear the lungs with these respiratory supportive oils, they work great in a nasal inhaler, diffuser, or mix with a 1/2 cup of Epsom salts for a decongesting and body ache relieving bath soak!
- 5 drops Atlas Cedarwood (Cedrus atlantica)
- 5 drops Eucalyptus (any variety)
- 5 drops Rosemary (Rosmarinus officinalis)
