Essential Oils included in this blend are:

Grapefruit, White   (Citrus paradisi) – It has long been used for various health benefits like metabolism stimulant, lymphatic system detox and fat burning. It is packed with Vitamin C and the powerful antioxidant Lycopene which helps detoxify and cleanse the lymphatic system. Toxicity in the body creates unwanted weight gain. Our body stores toxins in the excess fat when it does not know how to release it from the body. Citrus oils like grapefruit, lemon and orange essential oil work great to release the toxins from our metabolic pathways. Along with natural weight loss management properties, grapefruit has antioxidant properties and anti-inflammatory uses.

Lemongrass (Cymbopogon citratus) – Lemongrass Oil boosts self esteem, confidence, hope and mental strength, and it uplifts spirits and fights depression and anxiety. Emotionally, mentally, and spiritually, lemongrass is said to be the oil of energetic cleansing. In this way it might be helpful in clearing energy from a home, or letting go of negative energy you might be holding onto, which may help those feeling stuck, heavy, or depressed. Being a sedative is perhaps one of the most important medicinal properties of Lemongrass Oil. It has great soothing, sedating and calming effects on mind. Lemongrass oil is a tonic in that it tones all the systems functioning in the body, such as respiratory system, digestive system, nervous system and excretory system and facilitates absorption of nutrients into the body and boosting the immune system.

Lime  (Citrus aurantifolia) – Besides lime having an invigorating aroma and brightening flavors, it also has many beneficial properties. It aids in fighting infections because of its natural antiseptic properties, which makes it a great tool in helping your body to beat common infections. It may help clear the skin since it is packed full of antioxidants, which provides a huge help in clearing no only dark spots on the skin, but also acne.

Orange (Citrus Sinensis) – Orange essential oil is used quite often in the flavoring industry, and tastes like a burst of summer and gives your mood a boost of joy and happiness. It is full of antioxidants, may have some sedative properties as well as showing some aphrodisiac components. It may fight depression and serve as a tonic to the organs.

Spearmint  (Mentha Spicata) – Spearmint essential oil is much like peppermint essential oil, but is milder and seems smoother especially when added to blends; it doesn’t overwhelm the other essential oils.

Tangerine (Citrus Reticulata) – Improves mental fortitude. Tangerine essential oil can help calm the nerves and provide relief from anxiety since it may have sedative properties that makes it capable of treating insomnia and improving your mental wellbeing.
