- Roll onto feet in the morning before putting on your shoes for the day.
- Roll onto wrists and inhale slowly for 60 seconds.
- Roll onto chest and back of the neck.
Blue Tansy (Tanacetum annuum) – Tansy Oil stimulates the endocrine glands and increases the secretion of hormones.
