Application Suggestions:

• Roll onto wrists and behind ears and inhale.
• Diffuse into the air. Wonderful blend for grounding purposes.

Essential Oils included in this blend are:

• Cedarwood (Juniperus virginiana) — woody, steady, comforting; often associated aromatically with feeling grounded and secure.
• Muhuhu (Brachylaena hutchinsii) — deep, rich, woody and earthy; gives the blend a meditative, almost sanctuary-like quality.
• Cinnamon Bark — warm, spicy and energizing; brings warmth and confidence to what could otherwise be a very quiet blend.
• Myrrh — resinous, contemplative and ancient-smelling; lends itself beautifully to reflection, stillness and emotional centering.
• Himalayan Cedarwood (Cedrus deodara) — another grounding woody note that reinforces that calm, rooted feeling.
