It also helps detoxification by stimulating urination and excretion, which both help to remove toxins. It stimulates the secretion of digestive juices into the stomach, which increases appetite. This starts immediately, right where the production of saliva is stimulated. This oil speeds up digestion by stimulating the secretion of gastric acids and bile into the stomach, which helps break down food into various nutrients and stimulates peristaltic motion in the intestines. This process stimulates the motion of food through the whole digestive system. It stimulates the brain, nervous, digestive, circulatory, and endocrinal systems. Roundworms and tapeworms that are found in the intestines, hookworms that can live in any part of the body are eliminated.
Fennel (Foeniculum Vulgare) – Fennel essential oil has a relaxing effect on nerves, muscles, intestines and the respiratory system and relieves spasmodic attacks. Fennel oil can help to clear the bowels and cure constipation. It kills the worms and their spores in the intestines and the excretory tracts. Fennel oil is a good laxative and benefits in both chronic and acute constipation. It helps keep the stomach healthy and maintains the normal function of all the secretions of digestive acids and bile, and protects the stomach from infections and ulcers. Fennel oil helps to maintain the spleen and keeps it toned. Fennel oil works as a tonic by toning all the systems that function in the body, such as the respiratory, digestive, nervous and excretory systems, while also facilitating the absorption of nutrients in the body, thereby increasing strength and boosting immunity. It detoxifies and purifies the blood.
Anise (Pimpinella anisum) – One of anise’s primary uses is to promote digestive health. Anise oil is also effective against conditions that are associated with spasms, such as cramps, diarrhea, convulsions, and muscle pains, thanks to its relaxant and anti-spasmodic effects. The essential oil can also relieve indigestion, flatulence, and acute chest pain, and promotes the elimination of excess gas in your digestive system. When taken in low dosages, it helps clear motions and cures constipation, resultant flatulence, and indigestion, and can kill worms in the intestinal tract.
Caraway (Carum carvi) – Caraway oil effectively treats infections in the colon, digestive system, respiratory system, and urinary and excretory systems. It can also heal external infections, and inhibits bacterial and fungal growth. People who are suffering from obstructed urination, high blood pressure, and renal calculi can benefit from caraway oil. The urination-stimulating effect of this oil also helps lower blood pressure, reduces fat, removes uric acid, and cleans up waste deposits from the kidney. According to a 1999 study published in the German journal Drug Research, a blend of caraway and peppermint oil may help treat indigestion. Anise has mild aperitif properties as well, so it can increase appetite and improve digestion by stimulating the secretion of digestive juices, and helps clear the bowels and ease constipation. The oil can kill worms in the intestinal tract. Caraway oil is also stomachic, which means, it keeps the stomach healthy by protecting it from infections, curing ulcers, and facilitating digestion.
